Крістофер Ерік Хітченс: биография

Хітченс - прихильник об'єднання Ірландії та встановлення республіки у Великобританії.

Релігійні питання

Відомий як світський гуманіст, переконаний атеїст, антітеіст і антіклерікал, а також критик ісламізму. Критиці релігії присвячена одна з найвідоміших написаних ним книг - Бог не великий (випущена в 2007 році). Хітч поряд з іншими атеїстами Річардом Докінза, Семом Харрісом і Деніелом Деннет часто порівнюють з чотирма вершниками Апокаліпсису. Основним об'єктом критики Хітченса є, за його висловом, «три великих монотеїзму" - авраамічних релігій (християнство, іслам і іудаїзм).
